Athletes have higher levels of physical extremes on a daily basis than any normal person does. They experience greater levels of soreness and inflammation, and have a greater need for effective recovery tools. In this video series, athletes will be guided, by yoga instructor Eddie Stern, in some very simple, and highly effective, restorative yoga postures that help balance and heal the body. The postures are demonstrated by power-lifter Matt Famey.
