"If you've ever watched Jason Day play, you'll notice he has a very deliberate pre-shot routine. Day developed this routine with his performance coach, Jason Goldsmith, whom he's been working with since 2013. After battling injuries in 2014, it's tough to say that his work with Goldsmith has been anything but tremendously effective. So what does Day do prior to every shot? A meticulous, 15-step process. Each and every time. Day's routine can take as little as 9 seconds from start to finish, but it includes a number of pieces that control his breath, posture, and more" : http://www.egolftalk.com/single-post/2016/05/18/Al...
