In this course you will learn a process that has only been available to the most elite golfers in the world. I have been working on this process since 2010 and have had the privilege to work with four of the top 10 golfers in the world. In this course you will create a personally adaptive process that allows you to play the sport you love rather than thinking about how play to the sport you love. Everyone that I work with leaves with a deeper understanding of their own awareness and how to apply to their sport as well as every day life.
The Golf Essentials course also includes an overview of the FocusBand as a feedback device. At the end of this session, golfers will understand how to use their awareness while playing golf, detaching from outcome, and freeing up their body by occupying their mind with relevant information. We will create a pre-shot routine as the foundation that will allow the golfer to perform the action without thinking about how to perform it. We will also review a set of drills and measurements so each golfer can practice effectively and track their progress.
What makes this course unique in the market?
Golf Essentials is unique because it does not emphasize technique or mechanics. Rather, this course focuses on how to intentionally occupy the mind, quieting the chatter, so the golfer can realize their most athletic self.

What are the requirements?
What am I going to get from this course?
First and foremost, golfers will enjoy the game more! Specifically, they will learn that they are in control of their thoughts and brain, and can use them efficiently and effectively when playing golf. We will develop a tool box that ranges from breathing to practice drills to a pre-shot routine that will hold up under pressure. With a quiet mind, a body that is free and a feeling of enjoyment for the game, every golfer will play better, without thinking about how to play better.
